Malay Heritage at Pura Tanjung Sabtu

Pura Tanjung Sabtu is located at Manir Kuala Terengganu..its take 20 minutes drive from town to here.

Pura Tanjung Sabtu ,a complex of centuries-old Terengganu Malay timber houses reassembled restored and preserved in the style of a princely palace of 18th Century Terengganu.Its the private residence of Tengku Ismail Bin Tengku Su,which is now open to paying guest who would like to experience the country or Village living of Terengganu's past.
To overnight the rates per night is RM450 per room per night with breakfast and RM400 per room per night with Breakfast.

For other activity,the resort will arrange trips to Museum ,Pasar Payang and other places.

The electric only available from 6.00pm until 7.00am..running by Gen Set ( Generator )

If you want to visit Long Beach,you need to pay RM30 per person..the boatmen will waiting you..when you finish..

Food among the best offering here..mostly Malay food..with spicy and nice taste..you can get fresh Sea Food such squid,Fish.

There no grocery here selling cigi,alcohol drinks or junk food.

Sekayu WaterFall...Terengganu

Most beautiful waterfall at Terengganu,located at Kuala Berang ..its take 1 hour journey from Kuala Terengganu Town by car..The area of waterfall are surrounding with rains forest..and fresh air.Local always come here for swimming,relaxing and picnic with friends and family.Its suitable for kid age 3-12 years with parents monitoring them..For enter to waterfall is free without charge.Here also you can overnight with minimum charge RM50 to RM60 per night.Small chalets you can get easy here but sometimes always fully booked.Please avoid school holiday and public holiday to visit Sekayu waterfall.Its will come crowded with people.

Kenyir Lake ..Terengganu

Kenyir Lake its take 1 hour 20 minute from Kuala Terengganu Town.Tasik Kenyir or Lake Kenyir is the largest man-made lake in South East Asia.Sharing its border with Kelantan in the west and Pahang in the south,this immense lake also serves as another gateway to Taman Negara.Its heaven for fishing trips and lots of species of freshwater fish and exotic wildlife.

Elephant Sanctuary Sungai Ketiar

Today i went to Kenyir Lake and Elephant Sanctuary Sungai Ketiar.By driving a car from Kuala Terengganu to Elephant Sanctuary its took 2 hour 30 minutes.The sanctuary was establish since 2007 and open the public 2008.They have only 2 Elephant ages 9 years for 1 Female and 8 year 1 Male.In the future ,Terengganu State Goverment and PERHILITAN will added more elephant.
