Location at Kampung Mangkuk ,Penarik ,Setiu , Terengganu....the journey from Kuala Terengganu to Penarik will take 1 hour 20 minutes.I spend 3 hour for our BBQ lunch today..The Menu is Stingray BBQ and Squid BBQ ...hot and spicy taste.Today weather fine and clear..nice places for relaxing and fishing trips.

Prawn Fishing Trips

Udang Galah or Prawn ( Scientific name : Macrobrachium rosenbergii)

This trips took 4 hour from 3.00pm till 7.00pm..its worth its..

Using small baby prawn a bait.

Location : Penarik River ,Setiu Terengganu.

The best time for prawn fishing trips from December ,January and February.

The Latest Weather and Sea Condition to Perhentian ,Redang and Lang Tengah Island

The weather today is fine and clear.Its Ending Monsoon season during this year.Normally Monsoon season will start from November till February .Heavy raining and rough sea during this period.The resort will open from 15th February at Perhentian Island ,1st February at Lang Tengah Island and 1st March at Redang Island.I will up to dates about the weather and sea condition.Hope its will help you to planning the next holiday at the islands.

Merang Jetty to Redang Island and Lang Tengah Island

The main gateway to Redang Island and Lang Tengah Island.The journey will take 45 minute to 60 minutes.The boat will depart at 9.00am everyday just 1 trip ,but some resort like Laguna Redang Resort have 2nd boat will depart at 12.00noon.Mostly the resort using this getaway is Laguna Redang Resort,Redang Lagoon,Redang Reef Resort,Redang Pelangi,Redang Holiday,Coral Redang Resort and Redang Bay.For boat to Lang Tengah Island,the boat will depart at 8.00am to Dcoconuts Lagoon,@Lang Sari Resort and RedangLang Resort.

From Kuala Terengganu to Merang Jetty its takes 45 minutes by car or bus.The fares for Airport taxi RM60.00 per way and Bus just RM10.00 per person per way (you have to contact the Travel agent for pick up at Airport ).

Here also you can buy the souvenir like Tshirt and Handycraft will good prices at wooden stall.

The many parking site here,the minimum charge RM10.00 per day.

SyahBandar Jetty to Redang Island

Syahbandar Jetty located at Kuala Terengganu City Centre..its take 10-15 minutes by walking from Kuala Terengganu Bus Terminal.The Ferry services to Redang island will take 1 hour 30 minutes .The Fares RM100.00 per person (Adult ) and RM80.00 per person (Child).The Ferry will depart at 9.00am 12.00noon and 3.00pm everyday.The small car parking is provide by the management but the space is limited for 15-30 car.The charge is RM10.00 per day.During peak season,you can park at Pasar Payang.The Ferry will transit at Kampong Jetty and Pasir Panjang.Mostly Resort using this getaway from Redang Beach Resort,Ayu Mayang,Berjaya Redang Resort,Wisana Redang and Mozana Redang.
